How Long Does It Take to Ship?
- Items are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your item is ready for dispatch.
- Local orders (Calgary area) will usually arrive at their destination within 1-2 business days after dispatch.
- Albertan cities can expect their orders to be delivered within 1-3 business days after dispatch.
- All other Canada-wide orders can be expected to arrive within 5-7 business days after dispatch. US customers can expect their orders within 4–6* days from dispatch. Other International customers can expect their orders in 6–10* days from dispatch. *Based on delivery to major urban centers.
- Please note: if your order qualifies for our FREECANADA free shipping discount code (over $100CAD) your parcel will be automatically shipped via Expedited Post as the default shipping option.

Can I Get a Refund?
C’mon…no refunds here! We hope that you will fall in love with your purchase but in the event that another product suits your fancy we offer 30 days for our exchange policy. To be eligible for an exchange/store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must be able to provide us with the name or email address you gave at the time of purchase, your order number, or your receipt so that we can retrieve your order on our system.
If you meet the criteria above, please contact arkanecustomerservice@gmail.com and we will be happy to exchange your item for something of equal value, or a store credit.

I Bought Items Online... How Do I Return Them?
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2129 34 Avenue SW Unit 1 Calgary, AB T2T 2C5.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
